Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire
Emmanuel represents national mortgage servicers and lenders in matters related to consumer finance, title insurance, real estate and mortgage banking law. He is also an experienced litigator in the areas of foreclosure, evictions and creditor defense, and he has handled complex commercial litigation involving residential and commercial foreclosures since 1997. He is a frequent speaker at national seminars for the mortgage banking industry and he conducts training seminars onsite at client offices nationwide. Emmanuel is the past chair of the litigation department and has served as the firm-wide Managing Attorney of SIWPC since 2008.
He received his J.D. from T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond. He received his B.A. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. He is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and in the state of West Virginia. He is admitted to the state bar of Virginia, the U.S. Federal District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the state and federal courts of West Virginia.

Daniel Pesachowitz, Esquire
Daniel Pesachowitz is a managing attorney located the firm’s Rockville office where his practice focuses on representation of lenders and creditors in federal and state courts. His practice areas include bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, loss mitigation, commercial and civil litigation, foreclosures, landlord/tenant, evictions, title resolution and debt collection. He is a native of the Washington D.C. area where he currently resides. He is graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2000. He is licensed to practice in in both federal and state courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Daniel is involved in several committees including the Maryland Real Property Trustee Committee, Real Property Section and local bar associations. He has participated in several seminars, published articles on creditor’s rights and in 2021 was honored by the Maryland State Bar Association for his contribution to the seminal guide to Maryland Foreclosure.
