Robert D. Forster II, Esquire
Robert Forster is a Partner overseeing the Foreclosure, Litigation and Title Departments in the Addison location.
He attended Arizona State University earning his Bachelor of Science degree in 1999. He received his Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2004.
Robert is licensed with the State Bars of Arizona, Georgia and Texas and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. He is a member of Texas Bar Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the American Bar Association.
Jeffrey Fleming, Esquire
Jeff Fleming is a Partner in the Bankruptcy Department in the Addison location.
He attended Texas A&M University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 1998. He received his Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law in 2001.
Jeff is licensed with the State Bar of Texas and before the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. Ryan Bourgeois, Esquire
Ryan Bourgeois is a Partner in the Texas and Georgia foreclosure department of the firm and is located in the Addison location.
A recipient of the James Cleo Thompson Scholarship, Ryan attended Texas Christian University earning a Finance degree in 2002. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2005. He was also the Submissions Chair for the Southern Methodist University Computer Law Review Association.
Ryan is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas, and is licensed with the State Bar of Texas and State Bar of Georgia. He is a member of the Texas and Georgia Bar Associations, Dallas Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association, as well as the American Bar Association.
Edward A. Treder, Esquire
Ed Treder is the Managing Partner of BDFTW and is located in the Diamond Bar, California location.
Ed earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, cum laude, with a major in Business Management from California Polytechnic University in June 1981. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1984.
He is licensed with the State of California. He is also licensed to practice before the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Central Districts of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He practices law at the trial and appellate court levels in every state and federal court throughout California.
Ed has worked in the mortgage industry since 1985 representing banks, mortgage servicers and trustees in mortgage related litigation and matters, including foreclosures, bankruptcies, workouts and receiverships.
